Return and Refund Policy

Our refund policy consists of:

• Once a booking is paid with deposit or in full, refunds will only be considered if allowed by each supplier and made in writing via email within 10 days of payment. 
• Changes to any booked travel must be made in writing via email and will incur a change fee according to each supplier in addition to a 10% fee of all travel costs agreed upon in your contract with IAH.
• To initiate any changes or cancellations, please contact IAH via email within 10 days of payment or sooner if known.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of written receipt and approval by each supplier.
